MIT Association of Student Activities (ASA) Clubs
All events with minors must be registered with MIT and the Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement (SOLE) Office. Please contact SOLE to review your program. Please review the event planning information available in the SOLE Handbook and on the EHS website. Student organizations are required to complete the Minors Risk Assessment Form at least two (2) months prior to the planned activity. 

All Other Student-Sponsored Programs
Please complete the Registration Form at least one month prior to the commencement date of the proposed activity. Additional guidance will be provided upon receipt of the completed Registration form.
