Transportation for programs involving minors must not be personally provided by MIT staff.

For overnight/residential programs, please contact MIT Conference Services at least three (3) months prior to the scheduled program start date. MIT Conference Services will provide program administrators with additional information on rules and regulations for minors living in dormitories.

MIT students must also request approval to host minors in MIT Housing. Requests should be sent to MIT Housing at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested stay. Contact information for both the student host and the minor must be provided.
